We are currently searching for a Financial/Manufacturing ERP Implementation Consultant due to business growth.  This position guides our customers through the use, implementation and project management of WorkWise software products with a high degree of satisfaction.

This position requires an understanding of manufacturing business processes and project management plus a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. This position requires excellent written & oral communication skills, the ability to establish good working relationships with a wide variety of people and ability to complete tasks resulting in a successful implementation. This position will report directly to the Director of Professional Services.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Learn WorkWise software applications
  • Ability to “team implement” by working collaboratively with other consulting resources
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed project goals and billing quotas
  • Ability to analyze a manufacturer’s operations relative to their ERP requirements and manage a project plan to implement WorkWise solutions
  • Must be effective in communicating and meeting with customer’s C-level executives
  • Understand and provide consultation in areas of accounting, supply chain management, material & labor planning, shop scheduling, cost & general accounting and ecommerce.
  • Understand relational data bases, data mining techniques and report writing.
  • Flexible work hours and some travel is required

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3+ years experience with (Manufacturing/Accounting) business processes
  • 3+ years experience working with ERP Systems
  • Formal education in the areas of Accounting/Manufacturing principles (APICS is a plus)
  • Strong time management, organization, negotiation & goal completion skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined
  • Some high-level programming knowledge is a plus
  • Previous experience with WorkWise ERP or EMS TCM products is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

We are currently searching for an entry level position in IT Systems Administration.  Responsibilities include server systems and network support, user support, license and asset management, as well as the provisioning of new servers, desktops and laptops for the organization.  This position has excellent opportunity for advancement and growth in responsibilities. This position reports to the Director of R&D Technology.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and refining the on-going design, maintenance, backups, and security of multiple production workloads
  • Buying, configuring, and maintain physical server hardware for server room
  • Influencing, planning, and implementing internal system hardware/software decisions
  • Support and maintain company infrastructure, including but not limited to: Active Directory, physical servers, Firewall/VPN, WiFi
  • Cost monitoring across all IT-related purchasing

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Administrator to Office 365
  • User support
  • Software licensing
  • Company network security
  • Ensure availability of internal system backups
  • Assist in creating IT budgets
  • Staying current with new product announcements from relevant providers (AWS, Microsoft, etc).

Working knowledge/familiarity of the following:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Networking/Firewalls/VPN
  • Active Directory, DHCP/DNS, IIS, SQL server, Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, WSUS, Microsoft Licensing
  • Hyper-V Server, VMWare ESXi, Server 2008 R2 through 2016, Veeam, Microsoft Office, TeamViewer
  • Storage technologies (Raid, drive types, cloud and on premise)

Additional Skills:

  • Being able to work with vendors on service, product availability and pricing
  • Soft skills (work ethic, sense of responsibility, positive attitude, good communication, working well with others/team player)
  • Can program in various OS scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, .bat)
  • Will possess a flexible work schedule
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

This position will report directly to the CRM Services Manager.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop customizations of our CRM solutions for customers
  • Develop new functionality for our CRM software applications
  • Research third party toolsets to provide application features
  • Work directly with WorkWise internal staff, customers and business partners
  • Understand our suite of enterprise software applications
  • Provide troubleshooting, resolution and recommendations
  • Join the Professional Services team collaborating with other members of Support and R&D
  • Perform high quality work and meet or exceed project goals

Qualifications/Skills:

  • MS Technology Stack (MS SQL, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, TypeScript) is required
  • Experience in web development with HTML5/JS & relational database (SQL Server)
  • Experience in Object-Oriented Programming, .NET, & Service-Oriented Architecture
  • Experience with WorkWise / OnContact / TCM / WW ERP / products is a plus
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined to estimate work and meet deadlines
